One thing many repros have gotten wrong in the Burst world is the PAF covers.. The most common reproduction covers we see are .025" Thick with a flat surface and much more squared edges. Our covers have been custom manufactured to have the correct .020" Thickness, with Dimpled Holes around the Pole Pieces, and a Rounded Corner Shaping as the originals were hand processed into their final shape before plating. No Copper Undercoating, beautifully accurate look when aged, and as VOS they will wear more naturally over time!

Slightly Thinner Material also means a bit more high end bite sonically will come through from your pickups.

* Gold Plating is delicate and prone to loosing color with wear, as seen on most vintage guitars. We do our best to retain color and make the aging consistent, although each individual item can vary due to the hand finishing process.
