Return Policy

Return Policy: All "New" branded products sold under an authorized retailer agreement through Realistic Relics are subject to a standard 14 day return policy and must be returned non-damaged original packaging. Otherwise the items may be subject to a restocking fee based on the B-Stock Sale Rate we chose to apply to that item. (ie: If B-Stock Sale Rate is 90%, a 10% Restocking Fee will apply)

All "Realistic Relics" Products are intended as Final Sale due to their hand finished & customizable nature. Some Exceptions Apply (see below). We do not re-sell our items in normal circumstances. If any "Custom" items are ordered, the item is deemed non-returnable unless we ship you the wrong product. All items go through strict quality control process before shipping. 

Cancellations are not permitted after 24 hours from the time the order is placed. Stock is assigned, prepared, and in some cases specifically purchased to fulfil our awaiting orders. We will work with you to modify your order if your needs have changed after placing your order, although in most cases outright cancellation is not permitted.

Final Sale Exceptions: Based on the individual circumstances some purchases may be entitled to returns or exchanges within 7 days of arrival. Exchange is always prioritized to offer products which may better suit your needs. If a return is approved, a restocking fee will be applied. Return Shipping is not covered in our initial Shipping Process, although we will do our best to provide discounted return services at your expense, if needed.
