VOS Collection Details
(Vintage Old Stock) Our VOS finish represents the wish we all have to find original parts in mint condition. VOS is non-aged but it's also carefully hand finished to achieve a true vintage appearance, as well as raising the finish quality.
Plastics & Hardware are all individually processed & hand buffed creating a proper vintage sheen. VOS will naturally look like an older part without the typical dings, dirt, or patina of an Aged item.
The difference is bigger than you might think! VOS Hardware Video - VOS Plastics Video
VOS should be considered in the same sense as buying genuine vintage parts, each piece is unique and not sold as "brand new". Some light scuffs and/or minor marks can be expected naturally as any protective plastic or packaging has been removed prior to hand finishing.
Fit and Finish Info
Fit and Finish Info
Our Pickguards are Made to USA Specs, which will typically fit Mexico, USA and Custom Shop guitars. Some Vintage Guitars may have small tolerance variations with fit due to being built without CNC.
Our Knobs, Covers & Tips are made to fit USA Imperial Sized Electronics (ie: CTS pots, CRL Switches, Switchcraft Switches, USA Pickup Pole Spacing, etc.) These specs will also match with most Mexican, Custom Shop or Genuine Vintage Guitars. Knobs with Set Screws are typically made to fit Solid Shaft Pots.
Our Hardware typically uses Genuine Branded Parts (Fender, Gibson, Kluson, etc) or Our Own Gotoh Made items. These items should all be a direct fit with the respective guitars from those manufacturers (Mexico, USA, Custom Shop and most Vintage Guitars should be compatible, but always refer to the sizing in the description).
Finish: Small variations from the photos are expected due to the Hand Finishing process.
